Clinical care, without losing sight of your day.
Needing nursing care shouldn’t mean your whole day has to revolve around it. We discuss the care you need, the times that matter and how visits can fit alongside meals, rest and the things you want to do.
Our nurses bring clinical experience to assessment, treatment and monitoring within your care plan. They also help the people supporting you understand what has changed and what needs attention.
If you already have a GP, treating specialist or support team, we work with them with your consent. Nursing and daily support should follow the same plan, so important details don’t get lost between people.
Keeping your care coordinated.
When more than one person helps with your care, everyone needs to understand their part.
Understand the clinical needs
We discuss your assessments, current care plan and the nursing tasks you need help with.
Connect the people involved
With your consent, we communicate with treating professionals, support workers and the people you want involved.
Keep up with changes
We review care information when your needs change and make sure the relevant people know what’s different.

A wound-care routine, without the whole household having to organise it.
A participant needs regular wound care as well as help showering and dressing. A family member is trying to keep track of visits and pass updates between the nurse and support workers.
KIRAYA would review the existing clinical instructions and plan nursing visits around the care required.
With consent, the nurse and daily support team would share relevant updates, including changes that affect showering, dressing or comfort.
Care that follows one plan.
The aim is for the participant to receive the nursing and personal support they need, with less information left for a family member to pass between visits.
